Content Writing Services

Pages, posts, and rewrites written for the reader who’s deciding — and the search engine deciding whether to show the page at all.

What Content Has to Do

Two audiences, same sentence

Every piece of copy on your site has two readers. One is a human who landed on the page — probably skimming, probably ready to close the tab. The other is a search engine ranking that page against dozens like it.

Copy that only speaks to one of them fails at the other. Bulk-generated posts rank for nothing and read like nothing. Keyword-stuffed service pages push readers away. Pretty prose with no structure sits on page five forever.

We write for both. Research first, structure decided while drafting, plain sentences carrying specific claims.

What we write

  • Service pages — the ones customers actually read before calling
  • Blog posts — on topics real buyers search, weekly or monthly
  • Case studies — named customer, real outcome, specifics over platitudes
  • Page rewrites — when the copy you have is closer than you think
  • Team and about pages — so yours doesn’t sound like every other firm’s
  • Email newsletters — short, scannable, worth the open

From Rewrite to Research

Four depths, priced by the work they take

A quick pass on copy you already have; a researched post built to compete in ranked results; or a feature-length piece that takes interview time with your team.

Level 1

Light Rewrites

When the copy is roughly there and needs to be sharper, shorter, or in house voice.

  • ~250 words — ~1 hour reviewing + editing
  • ~500 words — ~1.5 hours rewriting + polish
  • ~1000 words — ~2.25 hours restructuring

Level 2

Basic Writing

For copy that needs light research alongside the material you provide.

  • ~250 words — ~30 min research + your notes
  • ~500 words — descriptive page or short post
  • 1000–2000 words — up to 7 hours for a post built to rank

Level 3

Medium Writing

More research, deeper editing, content that competes in ranked search results.

  • 500 words — entry-level landing page
  • 1000 words — in-depth article or guide
  • 2000 words — authority-building post or service page

Level 4

Advanced Writing

Feature-length work that earns authority through real research and real subject expertise.

  • 3000+ words, multiple draft rounds
  • Interviews with your subject-matter experts
  • Named sources cited inline
  • Scoped per project — budget and timeline agreed up front

Every Piece Starts Here

The brief is where writing actually begins

Before the first word gets drafted, we pin down what the piece is for, who reads it, and what it’s meant to replace or rank against. Six questions, then we write.

Content Brief 6 questions
  1. Who is this piece for?

Decision-maker, existing customer, or first-time visitor? Each reads differently, and we pick the voice before we pick the words.

  2. What decision does it help them make?

Book a call, trust a claim, pick a tier, stop bouncing. If the piece doesn’t move a reader toward a specific next step, we’re writing into the wind.

  3. What’s the primary search question or keyword?

We check what’s currently ranking for that phrase and write past it — longer, clearer, with better specifics than what’s on page one today.

  4. What does the reader already know?

So the piece doesn’t over-explain the basics or skip the important middle. Technical audience, general audience, or mixed — the answer changes the draft.

  5. Who on your team can we interview?

Ten minutes with the person who does the work beats two hours of us Googling around it. Real quotes, real examples, real credibility.

  6. Any internal links or pages to cross-reference?

Anchor text in the right places helps readers find the rest of your site — and tells search engines what the page is about. We build the links in, not bolt them on.

Brief us, and we’ll write.

One-page rewrite, monthly cadence, or a full content program. Tell us the topic or send the existing draft — we’ll come back with a scope, a writing sample, and a timeline.

Help us prep · optional
What’s the scope?

One-page rewrites land fast. Monthly cadence is a relationship. Tell us which.

More to help us prep optional
What format?

Different formats want different word counts and rhythms. Pick all that apply.

Who’s the audience?

Voice changes when the reader does. B2B wants different cues than B2C, and trade press wants different cues than a homepage.

Where are you starting?

Drafts to rewrite, raw notes, or a blank topic — all are fine first-call material. Tell us where the work picks up.
